Which cameras are compatible?
All DJI thermal cameras, including the following: DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Advanced T, DJI Zenmuse H20T, DJI Zenmuse H30T, and DJI Matrice 30T. Support for FLIR thermal cameras is also included.
Can I convert multiple images at once?
Yes. The system allows for the conversion of large quantities of images included in a .zip file.
Can I try the conversion in some way?
Yes. Once registered, you will receive a free trial of the system.

Compatibility

Which cameras are compatible? All DJI thermal cameras, including the following: DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Advanced T, DJI Zenmuse H20T, DJI Zenmuse H30T, and DJI Matrice 30T. Support for FLIR thermal cameras is also included.
Can I use images from another manufacturer? No. Currently, only thermal images from DJI and FLIR cameras are compatible.
What file format is supported? Supported formats are .jpg/.jpeg, .png, and .tiff. All original images should be included in a .zip file. Any alterations to the images may cause metadata loss and incorrect converter function.

Operation

Can I convert multiple images at once? Yes. The system allows for the conversion of large quantities of images included in a .zip file.
What do I get after conversion? All images converted to .tiff format with original radiometric information. Optionally, all radiometric information can be obtained in .csv format. If any errors occur during conversion, a report with the errors will be included.
Why do the converted images appear as white rectangles in the image viewer? This is the expected result and is due to the file type. Converted images should be imported into specific software (Metashape, PIX4D, etc.) to use color channels. You can also check the result with specific viewers capable of reading .tiff files with raw data (we recommend ImageJ).

Can I try the conversion in some way? Yes. Once registered, you will receive a free trial of the system.
Can I cancel the subscription whenever I want? Yes. You can cancel the subscription at any time as long as it is active. Please note that, if you do not cancel, the subscription will be automatically renewed in the next billing period.
